Do you like the hustle and bustle of the city? And still want peace, space and greenery around you? Then the park-like new housing estate Alderhagen at Amsterdam North something for you. Sales are going well; already fifty percent of the homes have been sold. In various buildings, apartments, double ground-floor apartments, and buy & share homes are currently still available. Discover this housing offering and the surrounding area on Saturday, November 8 (12:00-2:00 PM) during the Open Day of Elzenhagen in the Buiksloterkerk in Amsterdam. Please register via this link.
During the Open House at Elzenhagen, you will receive information about the currently available housing in this attractive new-build neighborhood. As mentioned, these include apartments (including one last penthouse), double ground-floor apartments (maisonettes), and—very attractive if you want more affordable housing—buy & share homes. All homes have a balcony or (roof) terrace. The homes are located in various buildings, spread across two neighborhoods: the park-like South Neighborhood and the North Neighborhood, where you feel more of the city's vibe.
In the Zuidbuurt, the greenest and most water-rich subarea of Elzenhagen, three buildings are currently on sale: Parkvilla 10, 11, and 12. These buildings, called Parkvilla's because of their villa-like architecture, comprise 82 apartments, two-level ground-floor residences (maisonettes), and penthouses. A few three- and four-room apartments are still available with living areas ranging from approximately 78 to 127 square meters. The balconies are about 13 to 27 (!) square meters in size. Purchase prices start at 515,000 euros (free of transfer tax).*
In addition to these apartments, a two-story ground-floor apartment of approximately 113 square meters is also for sale. This home – in Parkvilla 12 – has four rooms and a terrace from which you can walk right into the green surroundings. The purchase price: 685,000 euros (free of transfer tax).*
Are you interested in one of the homes in Parkvilla 10, 11, and 12? Then go to the supply page Visit the project website to read more and register for your preferred home. Or (first) come to the Elzenhagen Open House on Saturday, November 8 (12:00-14:00). Please sign up for that. You can do so via this link.
Homes are also still available in the Noordbuurt, spread across three buildings: Noordhof 3, 4, and 5. These are apartments ranging from approximately 52 to 133 square meters with two, three, four, or five rooms, and purchase prices starting from 315,000 euros (free on board).* Furthermore, two-level ground-floor apartments (maisonettes) are still available. These are homes with three, four, or five rooms and living areas of approximately 91 to 145 square meters. Prices start at 490,000 euros (free on board).*
Most homes have a balcony or roof terrace. The two-story ground-floor homes have an outdoor space (terrace) on the first floor. A few homes even have two outdoor spaces!
Are you interested in one of the homes in Noordhof 3, 4 and 5? Then go to the supply page Visit the project website to read more and register for your preferred home. Extra interesting are the still available three-room apartments in Noordhof 3 and 5. A number of these apartments can be divided up and delivered (free of charge) as buy & share. You buy and live in them together with a friend, family member, colleague or acquaintance. You share the living room (with kitchen) and the balcony, but you have your own bedroom and bathroom and therefore sufficient privacy. These are apartments of about 62 to 68 square meters, with prices starting at 395,000 euros (n.d.).* But because you share the house, you pay half. In this case: 197,500 euros (no additional costs payable by the purchaser).*
Are you interested in one of the buy & share homes in Noordhof 3 and 5? Then go to the offer pages of North Court 3 and Noordhof 5 on the project website (check: ‘Koop&Deelwoning’ [Buy&Share home]) and register. Elzenhagen is a large and green new housing development in Amsterdam North. Because of its abundance of greenery and space, this neighborhood has been called the 'Garden of Amsterdam'. Even more greenery can be found in the Twiske-Waterland nature and polder area, within cycling distance of the neighborhood. The city is also nearby. Within walking distance is Metrostation Noord. From there you can take the metro to Amsterdam Central Station in five minutes. The Zuidas is less than fifteen minutes by metro. Yet you have plenty of urban entertainment even closer by, as Amsterdam Noord has plenty of cultural and culinary hotspots. Such as EYE Film Museum, the A'DAM Tower and NDSM, with its many events and festivals.
