Previously, row houses (type De Vliet) with two bedrooms also went on sale in De Groene Eem. These are all under option. However, interested parties can still register for these homes. They are then put on the reserve list. If an option holder drops out, they can still qualify. The prices: 379,000 or 389,000 euros (before taxes).
