The corner and terraced houses have living areas of approximately 113 square meters. One terraced house, with a rotated roof, is 122 square meters in size. You have a living room with an open kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor, and a spacious attic. You can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest thanks to a lovely garden, both in the front and the back. Prices start at 455,000 euros (free of transfer tax).
The semi-detached houses in Waterrijk 3C4 come in two types: two-story and three-story. Both home types have a lovely garden and two parking spaces on private property. The two-story homes are approximately 103 square meters in size and have three rooms: a living room with an open kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, which you can also use as an office or hobby room of your choice. The prices: 530,000 euros (free on board / freehold).
The three-story semi-detached houses are approximately 134 or 140 square meters in size, with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor. The attic is spacious enough to be used as an extra bedroom, hobby room, or study. The larger semi-detached houses have the appearance of a stately notary's residence. Prices for the three-story semi-detached houses start at 625,000 euros (free of transfer tax).
You will have even more space in the detached homes of Waterrijk 3C4. These homes, featuring striking architecture, are approximately 143, 157, and 178 square meters in size. The layout is similar to that of the three-story semi-detached homes: living room and kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor, and a spacious attic. At the same time, everything is a size larger, giving you more possibilities. The garden is also more spacious. And just like with the semi-detached homes, you have two parking spaces on your own property. Prices start from 697,500 euros (free on board).
The homes in Waterrijk 3C4 are extremely energy-efficient (energy label A+++). This is thanks (among other things) to excellent insulation, an air source heat pump, and underfloor heating. That makes a difference (with normal consumption) on your energy bill and you can also borrow more.
Speaking of mortgages, for some of the terraced houses you can apply for a mortgage with National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG). That results in a slightly lower interest rate and the certainty that your remaining debt will be paid off if you are no longer able to do so through no fault of your own.

Waterrijk is rising on the south side of Oosthuizen, not far from the Markermeer. It is a new village (in the making), with plenty of greenery and water, and with different homes everywhere. You see detached houses, semi-detached houses, a few homes in a small block, and only occasionally a somewhat longer row. All the homes seem loosely scattered across the landscape. Seem, because if you look closely, you see that they are grouped in clusters around cozy squares. Waterways with natural banks featuring reeds and pollard willows surround the homes. If you live on the edge of Waterrijk, you look out over the vast polders that are so characteristic of North Holland.
