The Emerald is the newest residential building in Bajeskwartier, a green and popular new urban district within cycling distance of the center of Amsterdam. It will be an elegant ensemble of three buildings. In addition to the two-story residences (maisonnettes) with a city garden, this new phase will feature two-, three-, four-, and five-room apartments. The largest apartments are mostly located on the upper floors, offering a great view of the city. Each home has its own outdoor space.
