Their living areas are approximately 94 and 128 (!) square meters.
The prices of the still available apartments in Bredius start at 725,000 euros (free of tax on transfer). This purchase price is based on an annual ground rent payment. If you prefer to buy off the leasehold in perpetuity, the purchase prices start at 966,781 euros (free of tax on transfer).
In addition to apartments, Bredius also offers space for work studios intended for entrepreneurs in (among other sectors) the creative industry. These work studios will all be located on the ground floor. There is also a 'living room' with daytime hospitality. This will be an ideal meeting place for residents and people from the neighborhood. Construction of Bredius is progressing. Before the summer break, the roof of the parking garage was completed. The contractor is now working on the ground floor. As soon as a section is ready and the roof is waterproof, the interior finishing will begin. In this way, Bredius will take shape more and more in the coming period. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
