The Sphinx is the newest residential building in the new urban district Aan het IJ in Amsterdam Noord. It has recently been completed. Part of the rental apartments are so-called Seasons apartments. The premise of the Seasons living concept is that life is now and that you should fully enjoy it. As actively and comfortably as possible. You have a nice private place, equipped with all conveniences, completely single-level and life-course proof. Do you feel the need for other people around you? Then go to the communal living room with cooking studio. Or visit the communal roof terrace on the seventh floor.
A community manager organizes all sorts of activities for you and your fellow residents. You can participate in these, but you don't have to. This community manager is also available if you need help. And if you need home care, you can easily arrange that.
The Seasons rental apartments (56 in total) are located in the low-rise section of The Sphinx. These are two-, three-, or four-room apartments featuring an outdoor space, a luxury Siematic kitchen, a stylish Villeroy & Boch bathroom, underfloor heating and cooling, and walls ready for wallpaper. The currently available apartments have living areas ranging from approximately 58 to about 102 square meters, spread across two, three, or four rooms. They also all feature a private outdoor space. Rental prices start at 1,500 euros per month (excluding service charges).
Good news if you are over 55 and thinking about the future: the Seasons apartments in The Sphinx are now also available for you. This lowering of the age limit (from 65 to 55) is a response to interest from that target group. So, if you are over 55 and looking for a newly built rental apartment in Amsterdam with options for in-home care? Then the Seasons apartments in The Sphinx are made for you.
