New housing supply is available for sale in the new construction project De Paltrok in ZaandamIt concerns 46 newly built apartments in buildings E and F, with purchase prices starting from 364,500 euros (free of transfer tax). De Paltrok is a versatile new construction project consisting of various buildings just a 10-minute bike ride from the center of Zaandam and approximately 20 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central Station. You can register until Tuesday, May 27.
The new housing supply in De Paltrok is divided into two ‘blocks’: E and F. With each apartment, you have the option to purchase a parking space as well. This costs between 20,000 and 25,000 euros (free of transfer tax). That parking space is located in the parking garage beneath the inner courtyards of De Paltrok.
Block E has 15 owner-occupied apartments, 11 of which are now going on sale. These are three- and four-room apartments with living areas ranging from 61.3 to 119.6 square meters. Some of the apartments have their own outdoor space in the form of a balcony, terrace, or loggia. If such an outdoor space is not included, you can always enjoy the sun and fresh air in the attractive, shared courtyard garden. Most of the apartments are single-level, three have two floors (maisonettes). Purchase prices start at 364,500 euros (free of transfer tax / v.o.n.). The four homes in Block E that will go on sale later are studios measuring 37.1 square meters.
Block F consists of 35 owner-occupied apartments, spread across three buildings of five, six, and seven floors. These are three- and four-room apartments with living areas ranging from 72.6 to 103.2 square meters. Almost all apartments in Block F have a balcony or terrace. However, without a private outdoor space, you can always fall back on the shared inner courtyard. Of the 35 apartments, five are split-level. These homes are also different for another reason: they have a spacious work/business space with a pantry. Ideal if you have your own (small) business. Prices start at 417,500 euros (free of transfer tax / v.o.n.).
A few apartments from the previous phase (Block H) are also still available in De Paltrok. These are two-, three-, and four-room apartments with living areas ranging from 48 to 118 square meters and purchase prices starting from 309,000 euros (free on board / subject to no additional costs).
The apartments will be delivered with a complete bathroom and toilet. The walls are ready for wallpaper and paint. And with an energy label of A++ or A+++, you can keep your energy bill in check and are assured of great comfort. This high energy label is partly thanks to the excellent insulation, heat and cold storage, heat recovery, and underfloor heating and cooling. Additionally, there is a collective heat pump.
