The housing offer in ONE50 thus consists of 72 new construction apartments, in a variety of variants. Each apartment has its own outdoor space, except for the studios. Those have a French balcony. A brief overview:
A large part of the housing offer in ONE50 consists of apartments of about 34 to 58 square meters. These are studios and apartments with two or three rooms and price indications starting at around 280,000 euros (v.o.n.). These homes are ideal for singles and starters. A nice bonus: you can take out a mortgage with NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee) for these homes. This gives you a slightly lower interest rate and offers security. If you can no longer pay your mortgage through no fault of your own, NHG will take over your residual debt.
The remaining twenty apartments in ONE50 are free-sector owner-occupied apartments. These are three- and four-bedroom apartments with living areas of approximately 67 to 80 square meters. Price indications start at approximately 400,000 euros (n.d.).
All homes are delivered with a full kitchen and a modern bathroom and toilet. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are included in the price, but you choose them yourself. To do so, you can visit the showroom of developer Dura Vermeer. There you can also arrange wall and floor finishes, built-in cupboards and curtains. Then all you have to do is put up your furniture and you can move in.
