You can also talk to the real estate agents. They can tell you exactly which apartments are still available. Furthermore, the sales event is an excellent opportunity to explore the location and the surroundings. The event is on Wednesday, April 9th. You are welcome between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the construction site at Dr. H.G. Scholtenstraat 1 in Zaandam. The sales team will welcome you with a snack and a drink. Registration is appreciated but not required; you can just come.
Block H is the largest building in De Paltrok and contains 82 new apartments. These include one, two or three-room apartments. The living areas range from approximately 30 square meters (for the most compact studio) to about 129 square meters. By far the majority of the apartments have two rooms and are around 49 square meters in size. Thanks to the smart layout, they feel more spacious. The large windows, through which a lot of daylight enters, reinforce that feeling. The larger apartments have their own outdoor space, while the more compact ones have a French balcony. In De Paltrok, you can also fully enjoy the sun and fresh air in the beautiful inner courtyards.
The apartments will be delivered with a complete bathroom and toilet. The walls are ready for wallpaper and paint. And with an energy label of A++ or A+++, you can keep your energy bill in check and are assured of great comfort. This high energy label is partly thanks to the excellent insulation, heat and cold storage, heat recovery, and underfloor heating and cooling. Additionally, there is a collective heat pump.
Most of the apartments still available fall within the price range of 300,000 to 325,000 euros. These are mainly two-room apartments of around 49 square meters. All prices are included in the purchase price. Please note: some of the homes in Block H have been sold or are reserved. Nevertheless, there are still homes available. You can purchase a parking space at your apartment. This is located in the covered parking facility under the inner courtyards of De Paltrok. Or in the uncovered parking lot at the residential complex. Don't have a car? No problem. Then you can take public transport. The Zaandam-Kogerveld train and bus station is a few minutes' walk away.
Block H is the largest building of De Paltrok, but not the only one. In May, the apartments in two other blocks are expected to go on sale: Block E and F. These buildings will contain 15 and 35 apartments, with living areas ranging from approximately 37 to about 120 square meters. Construction of Block H is expected to start in the fourth quarter of this year.
