It's possible in the new construction project Roof Garden, in the Station Quarter in Amsterdam SloterdijkRoof Garden (at Naritaweg 14) comprises four buildings connected by a green roof garden. Apartments from the next phase are now on sale! Prices start at approximately 350,000 euros (including costs), based on ground lease payments.
Roof Garden owes its name to the beautiful, communal roof garden that connects the buildings and residents. This garden, 12 meters above the city, will be a place to relax, enjoy the sun and fresh air, and meet your neighbors. A place where you can also have a drink together and kick off the weekend. The public inner courtyard on the ground floor is also an ideal place for meeting and relaxation. Both gardens, as well as the green roofs and the greenery on the facades, make Roof Garden a green oasis in Sloterdijk Stationskwartier.
The new phase, now for sale, includes 52 studio apartments, among other units. These are located in building B, on the Plesostraat side, and are up to 50 square meters in size. You'll find them throughout the building, from the ground floor to the tenth floor. The studios have their living rooms facing the sunny south. Depending on the floor, you'll have a view of the inner courtyard, the roof garden, or even all of Amsterdam-West.
In addition to studios, Building B also features six three-room apartments with living spaces ranging from 70 to 80 square meters. If you need more space, opt for one of the four-room apartments of approximately 109 square meters. Building B will have five of these. Also available in Roof Garden are several three- and four-room apartments ranging from approximately 60 to over 100 square meters in buildings C and D. These buildings are small-scale (six floors) and are located along the green Naritaweg. The prices for the currently available three- and four-room apartments in Roof Garden range from approximately €450,000 to around €725,000. These prices are inclusive of all costs and based on ground rent payments.
The three- and four-room apartments have their own outdoor space, and all residences in Roof Garden will have plenty of natural light. As a resident, you always have access to the shared inner courtyard and the roof garden on the fourth floor. Most of the owner-occupied apartments are on one level. Some are duplexes. The duplex residences have their entrance on the roof garden. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
It's remarkable that building D is being constructed from wood. Bio-based construction is the future for a sustainable planet. With Roof Garden, the path towards that future has been taken.
