There is new housing available in the Kwadijkerpark new construction project in PurmerendIt concerns the penultimate phase (2b) with 48 homes: three-story terraced and corner houses, spacious semi-detached houses, and future-proof homes with living, cooking, sleeping, and showering on the ground floor. The online registration has started. On Thursday, October 24, there is a Meet & Greet at café De Prins in Purmerend (between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM).
Kwadijkerpark is a new residential area in a park-like setting with mature greenery and a beautiful body of water. Just like in previous phases, the homes in phase 2b have a typical North Holland look and feel: village-like and understated, with muted colors and woodwork on facades here and there. All homes have a wonderful terrace on the park side. This allows you to walk straight from your garden chair into the park. An overview of the available properties:
The row and corner houses in this phase are of the Bandwilg, Boswilg, and Laurierwilg types, which can also be found in previous (sub)phases. The living areas range from approximately 124 to 144 square meters. Nice details on these homes include bay windows, gable roofs, and playful (yet functional) window shutters. For each home type, there is also a variant (special) with a beautiful extension. Prices start at 515,000 euros (free on board / freehold).
The future-proof living homes (life-course-resilient bungalows) will also return in phase 2b. In these two-story homes of 120 square meters (Magnolia type), you have the living room, kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you have two bedrooms and a second bathroom. Ideal for guests, although you can also use these rooms for work or hobbies. The architecture is similar to that of the townhouses. Prices start at 540,000 euros (free of property transfer tax/costs).
New in this phase are the semi-detached homes of the Tulpenboom type, with living areas ranging from 138 to 156 square meters. A special feature of these spacious homes is the standard extension. You can also opt for a variant with (also) a side bay window and a gable roof. Purchase prices start at 675,000 euros (free on board).
All homes in phase 2b will be delivered with a luxury kitchen (including appliances), attractive sanitary facilities, and tiling in the toilet and the bathroom(s). These are included in the purchase price. In addition, there is plenty of room for personal choices. For example, in the row houses, you can decide yourself whether you want the kitchen at the front and the living room at the back, or vice versa.
The sales of the homes in phase 2b started on Thursday, October 17. Are you interested? Then go to the supply page Visit the project website for more information, create an account and register. Would you like to speak with the sales team first? Then come to the Meet & Greet on Thursday, October 24 at café De Prins at Kwadijkerpark 66 in Purmerend. Between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, you can ask all your questions about the homes and perhaps even meet your future neighbors.
Kwadijkerpark, which is located next to the picturesque linear village of Kwadijk in Purmerend, will feature 340 homes, including 240 owner-occupied homes and 100 social rental homes (including apartments). The neighborhood will therefore be a place for everyone. Even so, the project will mainly attract people who love nature and sustainability and have an open character. Incidentally, people already live in Kwadijkerpark, as the Prinsenstichting residential facility is located there. People with intellectual disabilities live there. The interaction that will develop between them and the new residents will create wonderful experiences for everyone.
You live here within cycling distance of the historic center of Purmerend, with its cozy shopping streets, lively terraces, and authentic squares. In the immediate vicinity, you will find beautiful nature reserves and the IJsselmeer. At the same time, Amsterdam is within a half-hour drive.
