City living amidst attractive, green roof gardens. It's possible in the new construction project Roof Garden, in the Station Quarter in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Roof Garden (at Naritaweg 14) consists of four buildings that are connected to each other via a green roof garden. In total, 236 apartments are available for starters, young families, and those moving on. Phase 1 will go on sale on Thursday, August 22. You can register starting from that day via the project siteThe purchase prices start at approximately 450,000 euros (VAT included), based on the payment of the purchase price. A sales event will take place on-site in early September.
Roof Garden owes its name to the beautiful, communal roof garden that connects the buildings and residents. This garden, 12 meters above the city, will be a place to relax, enjoy the sun and fresh air, and meet your neighbors. A place where you can also have a drink together and kick off the weekend. The public inner courtyard on the ground floor is also an ideal place for meeting and relaxation. Both gardens, as well as the green roofs and the greenery on the facades, make Roof Garden a green oasis in Sloterdijk Stationskwartier.
On Thursday 22 August, the sale of phase 1 will begin. This phase consists of 59 resale homes in two of the four buildings: C and D. These are apartments with two, three or four rooms. The living space ranges from approximately 60 to more than 100 square meters. The expected prices range from approximately 450,000 to approximately 720,000 euros. These prices are free of charge and based on a payment plan. As soon as the sale begins, the final purchase prices will be published online.
All homes in phase 1 have their own outdoor space and often have views on two sides, so you have plenty of daylight in the house. Most of the apartments for sale are on one level. Some are two-level.
It's remarkable that building D is being constructed from wood. Bio-based construction is the future for a sustainable planet. With Roof Garden, the path towards that future has been taken.

Phase 2 (building B) includes 61 apartment units, 50 of which are intended for people with middle-income earners. It is expected that the sale of these homes will begin in September. In addition, Roof Garden will have 80 social housing units, which will be located in building A.
All four Roof Garden buildings share an underground bicycle parking garage with separate spaces for cargo bikes and scooters. Several commercial spaces are planned for the ground floor, for example, a coffee shop, a community center, and healthcare providers.
