There is no garden in between, so you don't have to spend time on garden maintenance. The prices have not yet been determined, but will be around 220,000 euros (before taxes).
The upstairs apartments have a living area of about 80 square meters. These homes are two-story, with the front door on the first floor. On the first floor you have the living room with an open kitchen, the toilet and a technical room. The second floor offers three bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and second toilet. You also have a nice balcony of about 13 square meters, from which you overlook the square. And, as with the ground floor apartments, a private parking space in the private backyard. The purchase prices of the upstairs apartments are also not yet final, but are around 325,000 euros (before taxes).
The ground floor apartments meet the BENG standard, making them nearly energy-neutral. They are also equipped with underfloor heating. All this adds up to lower energy bills and greater living comfort. Speaking of comfort: because this is a new construction, you will hardly have any maintenance costs for the next ten years.
