Wickevoort estate near the dike village of Cruquius (municipality of Haarlemmermeer) is a unique, green residential area of about 56 hectares. That is roughly comparable to about 100 soccer fields. So there is plenty of room for quite a bit of new construction on the Wickevoort Estate, even if it is new construction with lots of greenery in between.
