Hondsrugpark, between the Johan Cruijff ArenA and the IKEA in Amsterdam Southeast, was always an office district, but that is changing rapidly. Old office buildings are making way for stylish residential towers, fine workplaces and amenities such as stores and coffee shops. So there is a lot of new construction in Hondsrugpark, eventually some 5,000 homes.
