Construction has begun:

On Monday, March 30, 2026, contractor VORM 6D Wonen officially commenced the construction of the 26 homes in New Brooklyn Bridge! Construction is therefore in full swing and the outlines of the homes are already becoming visible. The expectation is that the homes in the 2nd quarter of 2027 will be delivered by the contractor.
