Op maandag 30 maart 2026 is aannemer VORM 6D Wonen officieel gestart met de bouw van de 26 woningen in New Brooklyn Bridge! De bouw is dus in volle gang en de contouren van de woningen beginnen al zichtbaar te worden, de verwachting is dat de woningen in het 2e kwartaal van 2027 zullen worden opgeleverd door de aannemer.
