How does KoopStart work?
With KoopStart, you buy your apartment for a lower price than the appraised market value. This means you don't have to finance as much.

If you sell the property again later, the buyer discount received will be deducted and you will share the value appreciation of the property according to the KoopStart agreements.

Your registration form is ready. The allocation will start on Tuesday, October 20th.
