Amsterdams Buiten is a domain of 4 villas in the friendly village of Oud-Sloten, on the outskirts of Amsterdam. The villas, on an island and behind an entrance gate, come on plots of between 645 m2 and 682 m2. The detached new-build houses are 231 m2 or 245 m2 in size and will be built to an exceptionally high standard and with great attention to detail.

Location
The estate will be located on Sloterweg in Oud-Sloten. A beautiful green country road with ribbon development, a few hundred meters from the exit on the A4. The villas
The villas are made of brick or stone with a cladding of tough wood and have remarkably large windows. The basic design includes a large living room, separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large separate laundry room. Optional options include 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

These homes are very energy efficient and have an A++++ (4x plus) energy label. There are two on-site parking spaces and plenty of guest parking on the property.
