In phase 1 of our project we offer as many as 240 apartments and maisonettes spread over two modern buildings. Accessibility

ACE is located in the Nieuw-West Amsterdam neighborhood, between Jan Evertsenstraat, Burgemeester Cramergracht and August Vermeylenstraat. Accessibility here is fantastic! With an extensive network of public transportation connecting different parts of the neighborhood, Nieuw-West offers a seamless connection to the rest of Amsterdam. Around the corner from ACE is metro station Jan van Galenstraat with lines 50 and 51, streetcar stop Jan van Galenstraat with streetcar line 13 and bus stop Burg. van de Pollstraat giving residents quick access to other parts of the city.

Bike enthusiasts will also feel right at home in ACE, upholding Amsterdam's reputation as a bike-friendly city. The plan incorporates a large centrally located bicycle shed where residents can park their bicycle(s).
