Housing trendsetter in Europe

Architect Winy Maas, the mastermind behind the master plan for Hyde Park, calls the neighborhood "un-Dutch. "Hyde Park will be the trendsetter in housing in Europe," Maas said. "It will be a lively capital district, close to Amsterdam, where you can live comfortably, meet each other easily and enjoy green surroundings." Top architects, under Maas' supervision, are drawing the designs of the buildings. The beautiful interior gardens will be designed by Piet Oudolf, an internationally renowned landscape architect. This is how people of renown give the new urban district its unique character.

Lively and vibrant character

Hyde Park will have a wide range of amenities. Think of facilities in the areas of hospitality, fitness and wellness. But a medical center and a supermarket are also included in the plans. This will all create a lively and vibrant character.
