Those 5,000 homes are there for various target groups. They include studios and apartments, both for sale and for rent. Almost all apartments have a balcony or (roof) terrace. And there is always a (communal) courtyard garden anyway. Behavle new housing there will also be new workplaces. The district will have about 50,000 square meters of office and business space.

Residential towers around the park

The beating heart of this new urban district will be the Hondsrug Park, which is seven soccer fields in size and from which the new district takes its name. The new residential towers will rise around this park. The new district is part of the Amstel III redevelopment area.
