New construction in E-neighborhood East, Amsterdam

E-neighborhood East is located between Daalwijkdreef, Elsrijkdreef and the Geldershoofd and Gravestein flats in Amsterdam Southeast. It will be a sustainable and car-free residential area, with about 550 homes. The design will be green and natural, with a lawn with flowers. There will also be various places to play and relax. It is a new neighborhood and so you will find quite a bit of new construction in E-neighborhood East.

Rental and for-sale housing in all kinds of price ranges

A large portion of the new housing is intended for first-time buyers and people with middle incomes. The 550 homes will consist of 120 social rental homes, 274 mid-priced rental and owner-occupied homes and 138 more expensive homes. The green and natural design of the neighborhood will make it a nice place to stay. Also because there will be several play and meeting places.

Along Elsdijkdreef there will be high-rise buildings up to 60 meters. A neighborhood plaza with stores and amenities is also planned there.
