Stadshart Amstelveen: stores, restaurants, theater and museums
Amstelveen's lively Stadshart has about 200 (!) stores, as well as various restaurants and cafes. You will also find the Schouwburg and the Cobra Museum, with colorful and imaginative works of art by the Cobra movement. Another museum in the city is Museum JAN, a contemporary museum of modern art founded by Jan van der Togt.
