The residential block located on Czaar Peterstraat, Lijndenstraat and Conradstraat was renovated to a high standard and equipped with a new residential program. The original dwellings were cramped at 30 m2. By merging and adding storage spaces in the attic, a mix of new housing types was created. In addition, balconies were added to the rear facades so that almost all of the homes in the new situation have their own outdoor space.
