In this project, all kinds of very different target groups live side by side without creating conflicts. Additionally, the residential units on Pampuslaan are a very nice addition to the street, increasing the liveliness in the area.
Housing quality
An important factor in the quality of living is the experience of being inside the home. With good floor plans and very spacious balconies, great attention has been paid to this aspect. Furthermore, it has been possible to create a separate main entrance for all target groups on this cramped, narrow plot of land. The green inner courtyards and the sedum roofs also contribute to the added quality of living.
Added value for the neighborhood
By seamlessly integrating very specific target groups into the neighborhood, we have contributed to a city without boundaries. Through good design, all these groups can live side by side without needing extra attention for social management.
