Ons Podium is a concept where future residents literally take the stage together to make their own living wishes a reality! The building consists of 56 mid-segment owner-occupied apartments, with a number of bright lofts on the ground floor serving as live-work studios or small commercial units. The composition of the buyer group is very diverse: from first-time buyers to young families to seniors. The homes vary in size between 61m² and 168m². Buyer group meetings were regularly organized to allow the buyers to make decisions on many matters.
Our podium is one of the first residential buildings in the up-and-coming Lelylaan residential area. The facade design is inspired by the spontaneously created facade gardens that emerge in city centers when people remove tiles from in front of their homes and create a 'front garden' by planting them. On all floors, planters are integrated into the facade along the full width of the building. The planting has been chosen to create the greenest possible appearance around the building throughout the year. Through the application of the green facade and the roof garden, they have aimed higher in terms of sustainability than the requirements set by the municipality for the development.
