The new construction project Westbeat in Nieuw-West is an eye-catcher with 150 rental apartments. The core of Westbeat is a collective 'Super Space', a large open area that provides space for hospitality and other activities, workshops, and socio-cultural events. Westbeat stands out because of the arches in its facade.

Westbeat is a vibrant complex that combines entrepreneurship with housing for the young global citizen. For the programming of Westbeat, ambassadors were already engaged during the planning phase to foster the entrepreneurial spirit and the emerging creative class, rooted in Nieuw-West.

The range of mid-segment and free-sector rental properties in Westbeat is very diverse, both in terms of size and rental prices. For example, the building has 46 so-called junior apartments. These are two-room apartments ranging from 41 to 56 square meters, with or without a loggia. In addition, there are 84 larger three- and four-room apartments, the ‘comfort apartments’. These homes are 64 to 94 square meters in size and all have a loggia. Finally, there are 21 so-called royal apartments, with four or five rooms, one or two loggias, and rental prices ranging from 1,875 to 2,250 euros per month. All apartments in Westbeat will feature a stylish kitchen with built-in appliances and a luxurious bathroom. A number of royal apartments will even be delivered with two bathrooms.
