Of the Rietwoningen, three are detached. The remaining eight are semi-detached. The living areas of the detached Rietwoningen are approximately 150 square meters. The semi-detached homes range from about 132 to roughly 148 square meters in size. As the name suggests, the Rietwoningen feature a beautiful thatched roof. Prices for the detached Rietwoningen start at 1,200,000 euros (free on board / developer's costs included). For the semi-detached Rietwoningen, the purchase prices start at 960,000 euros (free on board / developer's costs included).
The Boat Homes and Lock Homes have, even more than the other homes in Het Riet, a relationship with the water. The Boat Homes (eight of which are being built) have their own mooring place for a sloop. The Lock Homes (of which Het Riet will have two) are located opposite the lock. In all cases, these are semi-detached homes of approximately 132 to about 148 square meters. Purchase prices start at 985,000 euros (free on board / buyer's costs).
The Rietwoningen are stylish townhouses along the canal. De Riet will feature fourteen of these homes. The surface areas are approximately 155 square meters. The purchase prices start at 890,000 euros (free of tax/transfer costs).

Also two villas and a building plot are currently for sale in De Krijgsman Muiden. The two villas will be located in the Kruitbos and have living areas of approximately 235 and 240 square meters. Would you like to know more about these homes (and the plot) first and discover the area? Then visit the Information Centre at Kruitpad 14 in Muiden (accessible via the A1, Muiden Weesp exit). There, you can speak with the sales team. It is also possible to drive to the construction sites in a Land Rover Defender.
