New rental offer in Amsterdam! This concerns 88 mid-rent apartments in OTTHO III, the third building of the OTTHO new-build project in Amsterdam. New WestThe housing supply consists of studios, two-room and three-room apartments. The online registration is in full swing and closes on Tuesday, November 5 (2024) at 10:00 AM. So be quick! A day later, on Wednesday, November 6, registration opens for 16 social rental homes, with rental prices under 1,000 euros per month.
OTTHO is a stylish new-build project with three residential towers. The first two buildings (OTTHO I and II) comprise 223 free-sector and mid-rent apartments. These homes are all rented out and the tenants have now received their keys. The third tower (OTTHO III) contains mid-rent and social rental housing. The mid-rent apartments come in three variants: studios, two-room apartments, and three-room apartments. The living areas range from approximately 40 to 70 square meters. The social rental homes are studios measuring about 38 to 40 square meters.
The two- and three-room apartments each have their own private outdoor space (terrace or balcony). With the exception of one apartment number, the studios do not. However, OTTHO will feature a lovely courtyard garden where you can sit outside and meet your neighbors. You can also do the latter in the shared living room, which will be an important part of the project as a community space. A community manager will ensure that fun activities are organized there as well. The sense of togetherness is important, especially because OTTHO is popular with a very diverse audience: young, old, from Amsterdam and from outside the city.
The apartments are on the ground floor and accessible by elevator. Even more convenience: they are delivered turn-key. So with a kitchen with built-in appliances, a bathroom, wallpaper-ready walls, and a laminate floor. You only need to clean and furnish it and then you can live there. Also very comfortable: the apartments are very energy-efficient (energy label A++). This not only ensures a lower energy bill (with normal consumption), but also extra living comfort.
OTTHO offers you every opportunity to fully enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer. That "everything" is, in fact, surprisingly close by. For example, it is only an eight-minute bike ride to Vondelpark, Amsterdam Zuid, Rembrandtpark, and vibrant West. The city center and the Amsterdamse Bos can be reached by bike in a quarter of an hour. And the metro takes you to the Zuidas in ten minutes and Schiphol in twenty minutes.
The rental prices of the mid-market rental homes in OTTHO III range from 1,100 to 1,215 euros per month. This is excluding 100 euros for service costs.
