The 76 homes, consisting of row and corner houses, will be located in the Lanen subplan and are divided into two "residential areas": 20 Laanhuizen in the Oostelijke lanen residential area and 56 Hofhuizen in the Groene lanen residential area. You can choose from various home types. All home types have three floors, a spacious living room with an open kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a second toilet) on the first floor. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are completely finished upon delivery and included in the purchase price. The homes also feature a flat roof, which means the second floor also offers plenty of space. Furthermore, each house has a spacious storage shed in the backyard and a lovely terrace in the front yard with a pergola with climbing plants. In the Groene lanen residential area, the backyard borders a courtyard with plenty of greenery and ample parking space.
The difference between the housing types lies mainly in the architecture, the surface areas, and the number of rooms. Wickevoort estate is 56 acres in size. That is roughly comparable to about 100 soccer fields. This unique, green residential area is located near the idyllic dike village of Cruquius, south of Amsterdam, within cycling distance of Heemstede, Haarlem and Hoofddorp.
