ACE is a comprehensive project, with several buildings with names borrowed from the world of tennis and padel, such as Grand Slam, Volley, Slice, Lob and Bandeja. This has everything to do with the place: tennis park Sloterplas. Tennis and padel continue to be played here, on numerous courts above one another.
The new housing offer (phase 1b) is located in building Bandeja. They are apartments and maisonettes (townhouses) ranging from about 40 to about 90 square meters, with two or three rooms and private outdoor space. Some of the apartments are located on the Burgemeester Cramergracht. So here you look out over the water. The prices per apartment type have not yet been determined. However, a starting price is already known: 329,000 euros (before taxes), based on an annual ground rent. The delivery includes a modern kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and toilet, underfloor heating and cooling and a storage for your bicycle(s). The homes have energy label A+ or A++. So you save a lot on your energy costs and can borrow extra money to buy your preferred apartment.
The new phase will go on sale soon. Don't want to wait for that? Then there is good news, because there are still apartments available in the first phase (1a). These homes are located in the Grand Slam and Slice buildings and have living areas ranging from 58 to 83 square meters and two or three bedrooms. Prices range from €458,000 to €650,000 (v.o.n.). Good news: construction of the first phase (1a) has now started. And construction of the second phase (1b) is guaranteed to start in March (2025). Completion of phase 1b is expected in the first quarter of 2027. ACE will also have rental apartments (social and middle rental). Registration for these will not start until completion approaches.
With ACE, Amsterdam will gain a lively urban neighborhood where you can live, play sports, relax and meet others. Not only on the tennis and padel courts, but also in the catering establishments located here.
