The living areas of the apartments still available range from about 58 to about 110 square meters. Rents start at 1,500 euros per month (excluding service charges). The Sphinx stands in the new urban district Aan het IJ, part of the Overhoeks area, in Amsterdam North. On one side is a new park, on the other a green square, which also includes two other buildings and a school.
