The new housing offer now on sale is in subplan D of De Velden Kreekrijk. They include 8 apartments, 18 row houses and 22 semi-detached houses. An overview of the offer:
The apartments are in a building that actually looks like a block of row houses. They are downstairs apartments of 62 square meters and upstairs apartments of 78 square meters. The ground-floor apartments are single-story and have a garden. The upper homes are two-story; the living room and kitchen are on the second floor, the bedroom on the second. These homes have a sizable terrace. Prices for the apartments start at 283,600 euros (n.d.).
The row houses (corner and townhouses) come in different variants, with living areas ranging from 129 to 158 square meters. These are homes with a spacious living room with an open kitchen on the first floor, and three bedrooms on the second floor. Depending on the size, on the second floor you have room for one or two additional rooms. All homes have a front and back garden. Some of the homes overlook a canal. Prices start at 529,000 euros (v.o.n.).
The semi-detached houses also come in several variants. The living areas range from 157 to 183 (!) square meters. On the first floor you have a spacious, U-shaped living room with a large, open kitchen. You can easily fit a dining table for eight in there. On the second floor you have three bedrooms. The attic is large enough for two additional rooms. The gardens are spacious and in many cases lie "around" the house. The largest semi-detached houses are on the waterfront and also have a jetty. The prices: from 679,000 euros (before taxes).
The homes in De Velden Kreekrijk are very energy efficient, with energy label A+++. This energy label is partly due to solar panels, a ground source heat pump, heat recovery and excellent insulation. How much you can save on your energy bill, you can calculate in a few seconds via the energy tool on the project site.
The energy label A+++ not only provides a lower energy bill, but also a lot of comfort. And it is good for nature and climate. Another advantage: it allows you to borrow up to 30,000 euros extra to buy the house.
De Velden Kreekrijk is known for its beloved Zaans architecture. Think Zaanish facades with wood-look accents in beautiful Zaanish colors, large overhangs, windows with rods, ridge ornaments and special details in the brickwork. This results in a varied and playful streetscape. The ponds and the many green areas in the neighborhood also contribute to the village, Zaanish atmosphere.
That village atmosphere goes hand in hand with numerous amenities. For example, there is shopping center the Saen, with stores for daily groceries, fashion and lifestyle. There you will also find a care center with general practitioners, midwives, a physiotherapist and specialists from the Zaans Medical Center. There is also an elementary school in the neighborhood and a variety of play facilities.
Many more amenities can be found in the city, of course. Like in the center of Zaandam and (of course) in Amsterdam. That is fortunate. Because you live in De Velden Kreekrijk not far from NS station Krommenie-Assendelft. By train you are so in the heart of Zaandam or in the center of the capital. And by car it is also very easy to do. Respectively fifteen minutes and less than half an hour.
