Centrumgebied Amsterdam Noord is located around metro station Noord, the terminus of the North/South line. The area, near rural Waterland and still within the ring road, is developing rapidly. It will have about 7,000 homes by 2030. Some of the new construction in Centrumgebied Amsterdam Noord has already been completed.
