Whether you are still exploring or already actively looking for a home: everyone is welcome. The Mortgage Walk-In is free and without obligation, even if you are not a Rabobank customer. During the walk-in session, you will get:

• personal advice from a Rabobank mortgage advisor experienced in guiding internationals through the Dutch housing market;
• insight into what is financially possible for you in the Netherlands;
• an indication of your maximum mortgage;
• Answer questions about buying, moving, renovating, or making a home more sustainable.

The Mortgage Walk-In is at the Rabobank office in the Mondriaantoren at Amstelplein 8 in Amsterdam. You can drop in between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please register in advance. via this page on the Rabobank website. Registration is mandatory so that Rabobank's mortgage advisors can prepare properly and give everyone the attention they deserve. The location is easily accessible by public transport. Parking is available in nearby public parking lots, if necessary. Tip: bring a recent payslip so that you immediately get a good idea of what you can borrow.
