The 24 semi-detached homes of Cornelishoeve come in two types: Vienne and Ecolette. Both types have their own unique features. Will you choose three or four bedrooms on the first floor? Do you want French doors leading to the garden in two or three places? Do you want the shed (for bicycles and garden supplies) next to your house or integrated? There are other differences like this, for example in the living area (approximately 136 or 165 square meters) and in the size of the front and back garden. And then there are the differences in architecture. Whichever type you choose, with every semi-detached house, the second floor is an open space. And you decide what you are going to use that space for. To work, to study, or for your hobby? As an extra bedroom? Or as spacious extra storage? Prices range from 795,000 to 975,000 euros (free of transfer tax).
The three detached homes at Cornelishoeve are all different—both in terms of architecture and in terms of size and layout. The living areas measure approximately 175, 236, and 241 square meters, and they have five or six rooms. The lots on which these homes stand—and consequently, the gardens—are also very spacious: up to 729 square meters. One of the detached homes (the one with five bedrooms) has a second bathroom. It’s located on the second floor, just like the fifth bedroom. Ideal when you have friends or family staying over.
