All apartments include a spacious balcony. The luxurious penthouses often boast a rooftop terrace in addition to a balcony. And thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll enjoy fantastic views of the water and meadows from your living room. The (detached) boathouse is approximately 147 square meters and, like the larger apartments, has four rooms. Many homes have been reserved or are under option. However, there is still housing available.
