It has already been said: Dijkers has 80 owner-occupied apartments. These are two- and three-room homes with living areas ranging from approximately 43 to 65 square meters. The apartments will be delivered with a complete bathroom and toilet, so including sanitary fittings and tiling. You choose the kitchen yourself. But all connections are in place. The further finishing of your apartment is also up to you.
Would you like a parking space for your car at the building? That is possible. A limited number of spaces are available on site for a fee. You are not required to buy a parking space.
Dijkers scores well on energy performance. The apartments will receive energy label A++ or A+++. This is thanks in part to excellent insulation and the use of thermal energy storage. That results in greater comfort and (with normal consumption) a lower energy bill. You may also be able to borrow more for the purchase.
