Building PINE is situated on the corner of Osdorpplein and Nicolaas Anslijnstraat and has 72 apartments. LAUREL is located directly on Osdorpplein and consists of 41 apartments. The owner-occupied apartments that are still available are located in the Willow building. These are three-room apartments, situated on the sixth floor and higher, all with a pleasant outdoor space. Completion is scheduled for early September (2026). Deciding now means moving in soon! During the open house, the apartments themselves cannot be viewed, but the real estate agents are ready to tell you everything about the offer and the possibilities. Good to know: you only start paying from the moment you receive the key. Therefore, you will not have any double (interest) burdens until completion!

The open house takes place at the construction site (Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling site office, first floor) on Nicolaas Anslijnstraat in Amsterdam. You can park (paid) around, next to, and behind the site office. Registration is not necessary. You can just walk in.
