New construction project HK145 is rising on the waterfront of the Entrepotdok. The building consists of five stylish apartments, spread across three floors. A brief overview:

Three-room apartment with waterfront garden
The ground floor apartment is a three-room apartment of approximately 106 square meters. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen (with a cooking island), two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of those bathrooms is an en-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Parallel to the facade, you have an elongated waterfront garden, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. What makes this apartment special is the ceiling height of three meters, which creates a very spacious feel.

Four-room apartments with indoor outdoor space
On the first and second floors, on the waterfront side, you will find two apartments of approximately 83 square meters. These are apartments with a spacious living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You also have an outdoor space. This is recessed and south-facing. Both apartments have the same floor plan.

Also on the first and second floors, but on the other side of the building, are two apartments of approximately 86 square meters.
