ACE consists of several buildings. Phase 2 forms the final phase with owner-occupied homes. It accommodation offer this phase consists of two-story townhouses, stylish apartments and penthouses. The homes will be delivered with a modern next125 kitchen with built-in appliances and a complete bathroom (and toilet). A number of spaces (maximum four) in the bicycle storage are also included in the purchase price.
