Wickevoort estate: new housing offer in Western Lanes subplan

The 51 homes will be located in the green subplan Western Lanes. The housing offer consists of 27 row and corner houses, 16 semi-detached houses and 8 patio houses (with living, cooking, sleeping and showering on the first floor). Both the kitchen and the bathroom are complete upon delivery and included in the purchase price. The homes have a flat roof, which also provides plenty of space on the top floor. The housing offer in brief:

Single-family homes with five or six rooms

The three-story row and corner homes come in two types: Park House (about 105 square meters) and Park House Comfort (about 119 square meters). In addition to the surface area, the number of rooms differs: five to six. The layout also differs as a result. This is especially noticeable on the second floor, where you have two or three bedrooms in addition to the bathroom. Both house types have a pergola at the front. At the rear is a garden with a detached shed. Prices for the Parkhuis house start at 560,000 euros (before taxes). For the Comfort variant you pay purchase prices from 615,000 euros. The homes will have a wooden support structure (timber frame construction).

Two-story townhouses, traditionally built, two parking spaces on private property

The two-story semi-detached houses (Park Villas) have living areas of about 144 square meters and five rooms. They are traditionally built with facades of beautiful brickwork. On the first floor you have a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Upstairs are four bedrooms and the bathroom. Adjacent to the living room you have a lovely terrace, accessible through two pairs of French doors. You have a wide and elongated garden, with enough space for two parking spaces. Your storage room is attached to the house. The prices: 825,000 euros (before taxes). Through various options, such as a construction or extension, you can create even more living space, extra bedrooms or a second bathroom.

Patio homes: living, cooking, showering and sleeping on the first floor

The patio homes (Park Patios) are also traditionally built with masonry facades. They are two-story and very suitable for over-55s who are forward-thinking. In fact, the main feature of these homes is that you have everything at ground level. The first floor consists of the living room (with kitchen), a bedroom and a bathroom. This is very practical anyway, but especially when you get older. On the first floor there is another bedroom, which can of course also be used as a study, hobby or guest room. The patio houses have a lovely terrace under a pergola. This terrace adjoins a large communal garden. The prices: from 605,000 euros (v.o.n.).

Very energy efficient, so more financial space

All homes in sub-plan Westelijke Lanen are very energy efficient (energy label A+++). This is due in part to the excellent insulation and the solar panels on the roofs. Thanks to this high energy label, you have more financial room to buy the house.

Durable wood, share facilities

Even more sustainability: all woodwork uses certified wood as much as possible. On top of that, Landgoed Wickevoort has various (sharing) facilities, such as electric sharing cars, sharing tools and central points where you can pick up or drop off your postal packages.

Wickevoort estate: living in the green, near dike village Cruquius, close to Haarlem and Amsterdam

Wickevoort estate is 56 acres in size. That is roughly comparable to about 100 soccer fields. This unique, green residential area is located near the idyllic dike village of Cruquius, south of Amsterdam, within cycling distance of Heemstede, Haarlem and Hoofddorp. In Wickevoort, a lot of mature greenery is already present. In fact, this is where the oldest "forest" of the Haarlemmermeer is located, a "forest belt" that connects the subareas (residential fields) of Wickevoort Estate. Even more green: Wickevoort borders nature and recreation area De Groene Weelde and the Haarlemmermeer Golf Club. The estate is also the site of SEIN's Cruquiushoeve care facility. Scattered throughout the area are the lands of the Wickevoorter City Farmers. There are also numerous amenities, such as a petting zoo, a riding school, bridle paths, hiking and biking trails, small-scale restaurants and a convenience store. In this convenience store, the Stadsboeren sell the organic produce they grow on the Wickevoort Estate.
