They are what you might call "something else," the two remaining penthouses of the new construction project De Werf in the village-like and wooded Almere NobelhorstThese spacious four-room apartments, approximately 182 and 196 square meters in size, are located on the ninth and tenth floors of residential tower De Silo. That height offers you a breathtaking view of the water and the surrounding greenery. Good to know: you can already live here in six months! Discover everything about it during the open house at the construction site near the Vinkweg in Almere, on Tuesday, September 30 (1:30 PM - 3:30 PM). Sign up via this form.
The Silo is one of the buildings of De Werf, a new-build project with apartments and quay houses on the harbor of Almere Nobelhorst. De Werf is popular; almost all homes in the project have been sold. Now it is the turn of the last two: the penthouses.
As mentioned, the penthouses are located on the ninth and tenth floors. These homes offer plenty of space. The living areas are approximately 182 and 196 square meters, distributed over (primarily) a spacious living room and three large bedrooms. Thanks to two covered terraces, you have even more space; combined, they measure over 24 square meters. Furthermore, the terraces face southeast and northeast. This means you can always sit in the sun or, alternatively, in the shade. Very convenient: the elevator in the building stops literally right outside your front door. The purchase prices are 935,000 and 995,000 euros (free of transfer tax/v.o.n.). Good news: construction is well underway. You could already be living here in about six months.
De Werf is rising on the harbor of Almere Nobelhorst, which has everything it takes to become an atmospheric place. The architecture is inspired by historic wharf buildings such as silos and warehouses, but given a modern twist. With 125 homes—ranging from quayside residences with a private jetty to apartments—De Werf appeals to a diverse range of target groups. Good to know: you will live here gas-free and energy-neutral, keeping your energy costs lower.
