Conrad offers 63 purchasable apartments: Terras Lofts (with one or two rooms), Terras Apartments (with three or four rooms), and Penthouses. All homes feature spacious, and sometimes even generous, outdoor spaces. The handover includes sanitary ware and tiling in the bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is not included in the purchase price. You get to choose that yourself. Speaking of purchase prices: these are based on a land lease that has been bought out for fifty years. So you won't have to worry about that.
