Are you looking for a newly built studio or apartment in Amsterdam? Then consider new construction project ACE. This super urban project in district New West includes 565 sale and rental apartments for a variety of target groups, including families. Apartments are currently still available in several buildings now on sale. Prices start at 335,779 euros (n.d.).
Like the project itself, the various buildings that make up ACE have names from the world of tennis and padel. Think Grand Slam, Volley, Slice, Lob and Bandeja. This has everything to do with the place where the project will rise: tennis park Sloterplas on August Vermeylenstraat. Tennis and padel will continue to be played here, on numerous courts next to each other. But you can also live here.
The housing offer currently available is in three buildings: Grand Slam, Slice and Bandeja. They are two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from about 40 to about 83 square meters, all with private outdoor space. Some of the apartments overlook the water of the Burgemeester Cramergracht. Very nice: the apartments come with a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, a complete bathroom (and toilet) and underfloor heating and cooling. Storage for your bicycle(s) is also included in the purchase price. Speaking of purchase prices, they range from 335,779 to 636,000 euros (before taxes). The prices of 335,779 euros are based on an annual ground rent. For the other homes, the ground lease is bought off until March 2063.
Thanks in part to hybrid district heating, solar panels, heat recovery and good insulation, ACE apartments have energy label A+ or A++. As a result, you save significantly on your energy costs and can borrow extra money to buy your preferred apartment.

If you are assigned a home, you will receive a call from a financial specialist and can take an option for one week. Please note that some of the apartments are under option. You can also register for those apartments. You will be put on the reserve list. If a candidate drops out, you can still qualify.
Construction of ACE's first buildings has begun. The homes in building Bandeja are expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2027. Completion of the Grand Slam and Slice buildings is expected around the summer of that year. By the way, ACE will also have rental apartments (social and middle rental). Registration for those will start later, as completion approaches.
With ACE, Amsterdam will gain a lively urban neighborhood where you can live, play sports, relax and meet others. Not only on the tennis and padel courts, but also in the catering establishments located here.
