Start Construction:
The environmental permit is irrevocable! No objections have been filed and the plans for construction have been officially approved by the Municipality of Almere.
Buyers have now received the hurrah letter and construction of New Brooklyn Bridge is actually underway! Contractor VORM 6D Wonen has been commissioned to begin construction activities.
De voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor de start bouw zijn in volle gang en eind maart / begin april 2026 start de aannemer met de bouw van New Brooklyn Bridge. De eerste werkzaamheden zijn de heiwerkzaamheden.
De verwachting is dat de woningen in het 2e kwartaal van 2027 zullen worden opgeleverd door de aannemer.
