Urban living in Amsterdam, with all amenities close by and plenty of space around you. Discover the possibilities of the Blau new construction project at Delflandplein in Amsterdam. This residential building will soon feature 66 owner-occupied apartments, ranging from compact city apartments to exclusive penthouses with large terraces. View (and compare) the accommodation offer on the project website. Sales are expected to start at the end of April.
New construction project Blau will have thirteen floors with various types of apartments. On the second through the eleventh floors you will find mainly two- and three-room apartments. Above that (twelfth floor) are spacious four-room apartments. Above that again are two penthouses. The living areas range from approximately 53 to 123 square meters. Indicative prices start at around 435,000 euros (free of transfer tax). For that price in Blau you can buy a two-room apartment of about 57 square meters. The largest residences (the penthouses) have indicative prices starting from approximately 1,100,000 euros (free of transfer tax). These purchase prices are based on a (relatively low) annual ground rent.
Included in the purchase price are a modern bathroom with tiling and sanitary ware, and a lovely kitchen with built-in appliances. The bathroom is already installed upon delivery. The kitchen is installed after delivery. Very nice: you can have the bathroom and kitchen completely customized to your own taste. This way, you can make your apartment even more tailored to your living preferences.
When designing the apartments, a great deal of attention was paid to the outdoor spaces from the very beginning. That is why every apartment has a loggia, balcony, or terrace. That is also why some apartments feature exceptionally large terraces: approximately 40 and about 60 (!) square meters. But 'outside' plays a role in other ways as well. For example, the penthouses on the top floor will have windows on three sides, giving you a truly panoramic view. At the same time, there is the location of the building. Yes, it is very urban, but situated on the spacious Delflandplein, which is undergoing a major renovation. Moreover, there are various parks in the vicinity, such as the Sloterpark (Sloterplas), Rembrandtpark, Vondelpark, De Oeverlanden, and Nieuwe Meer. Want even more green space? From De Oeverlanden, you can take a ferry to the Amsterdamse Bos.
Some of those parks are just a ten-minute bike ride away, without a motor. You can park that bicycle in a storage facility on the ground floor of the building. If you have a car, you can park it next to Blau. Beneath the dike body of the A10 ring road, there will be a parking garage with approximately 150 spaces and multiple options for electric charging. If you buy a home in Blau, you can purchase a parking subscription for this garage along with it. With a major access road so close by, Blau is exceptionally accessible. By public transport too, for that matter. Bus, tram, and metro stop around the corner. And a little further down is NS station Lelylaan, where you can hop straight onto the train.
Blue rises at the Delflandplein in Amsterdam New WestThis square forms the heart of the Delfland Square Neighborhood, with hospitality venues, grocery stores, and specialty shops. Inside Blau as well, on the ground floor, there will be space for shops and hospitality. The construction of Blau does not stand alone. It is part of a broader plan to renew the neighborhood and the square. In the process, the public space will also be thoroughly overhauled.
