A new step for new construction project Aletta Heights in the Schinkel Quarter in Amsterdam. The preparatory construction work has begun. It involves the construction of a temporary parking lot and a new entrance for DIY store Gamma. This creates space for construction of the project, which is expected to start in May or June. Aletta Heights will be a striking building with 58 owner-occupied apartments with a balcony or terrace. Sales begin Friday, Jan. 30.
Aletta Heights will be a striking building on Aletta Jacobslaan, with varying heights and floor-to-ceiling windows and facades. The 58 owner-occupied apartments will be located in the tower portion of the building. They are two-, three- and four-bedroom homes with living areas ranging from approximately 55 to 103 square meters. Thanks to the clever layout and plenty of glass, the apartments feel extra spacious. The two-room apartments are ideal for starters and couples. In the larger apartments you can also live with a family. Or if you need an extra room for hobby or working from home.
The prices of all apartments in Alette Heights are now known. They range from 362,500 to 735,000 euros (n.d.). These purchase prices are based on annual indexcanon.
The apartments in Aletta Heights will be very energy efficient. This increases living comfort and is also financially attractive. Because your energy bill is lower (with normal consumption) and you can also borrow more for the purchase.
Also very nice: the delivery includes a bathroom (with shower room and sink) and a screed. This is an even layer suitable for the final finish with, for example, laminate, parquet, tiles or carpet. You choose the kitchen yourself.
