SEM: New build apartments in Hoofddorp with private outdoor space, starting from 495,000 euros

The apartment units in SEM have living areas ranging from approximately 65 to 129 square meters. These are two-, three-, and four-room apartments with a private balcony, loggia, or roof terrace. Each apartment is offered with a private parking space in the underground garage. Some of the units also have a private storage room. The completion date is inclusive of plumbing and tile work. You choose the kitchen yourself. The purchase prices range from 495,000 to 820,000 euros (VAT included). These prices do not include parking space and any storage space. Construction SEM started, completion expected in fourth quarter 2027
