The luxury bathroom and toilet are also stylishly decorated and finished upon delivery. And the best part is: you decide exactly what your kitchen and bathroom will look like. After purchase, you will consult with the kitchen supplier and the contractor so that your kitchen and bathroom match your exact taste and style.
Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. In addition, there is a beautiful courtyard garden with a spacious terrace by the water. This is a lovely place to relax, meet each other, or let your (grand)children play.
Because you prefer looking out over greenery rather than cars, parking has been resolved beneath the inner courtyard.
